Nonostante sia stato mandato un bullettin svariate volte a tempo debito e rimossa la data dal MySpace della band, gira ancora la voce che FT suonerà con Esoteric questa Domenica a Milano, al Music Drome. Nonostante l'annunciata defezione di FT, Il flyer pubblicitario del concerto non è stato modificato e questa è probabilmente la causa principale del disguido. Come già spiegato precedentemente, la band non ha raggiunto un accordo soddisfacente con l' organizzazione riguardo a svariati punti, e quindi non ha confermato la propria partecipazione all' evento. Questa notizia è già stata diffusa da almeno 2 o 3 settimane. Di conseguenza, la line-up definitiva della serata sarà:

As announced 2 or 3 weeks ago already through several bullettins, directly sent from the Official FT MySpace, FT is NOT going to take part to the concert of Sunday in Milan, at Music Drome club. Regardless of the already announced absence of the band from the final bill of the concert, the concert-flyer wasn't modified and this situation probably led to the misunderstanding. As already explained before, the band didn't reach a satisfying deal with the organization regarding several points, then it decided to not confirm its presence for this event. As a consequence, the definitive bill for Sunday will be:

As some of you may have heard already, Herr Morbid is now endorsed by MAYONES GUITARS (www.mayones.com) !! This deluxe brand of polish hand-made custom-guitars just crafted the incredible new axe of HM, A Mayones Setius model, following his personal needs and specifications. Body is made with Mahogany (Back) topped with Flamed Maple. Neck is Mahogany-Maple, with Rosewood fingerboard. 24 Fred Wagner frets, 1 EMG-81 pick-up in the bridge position, strings-thru-body, 1 Tone + 1 Volume, Sperzel locking-tuners. To complete the masterpiece, a custom-marker with the "Herr Morbid" writing on the 12th fret, as well as the "Negativity" inscription on the Truss-Rod cover!! The fisrt live-test for the guitar was on the "Satan Lives Fest II" in Barcelona, Spain, and it went totally great. You can see Herr Morbid playing his new guitar in all the pictures from that show. A detailed feature about this new guitar, with close-up pictures and other info, will be published soon both on all the Official FT/Herr Morbid related websites, as well as on the Mayones website.

Like an unstoppable force, always in search for new victims, the band returned from another triumphant show in Spain and added 2 new gigs to its increasing tour-schedule: Italy will be plagued once more with a gig in Milano and a gig in Tivoli Terme, near Rome, both in December 2007 (on the 9th and on the 22nd respectively). On the first gig the band will be joined by Esoteric (UK) and Darkspace (CH), while in Rome the band will team up with Vidharr (ITA) and another band yet to be announced. The CD is completed with fully renewed graphix and liner notes by Herr Morbid, including never-seen-before pictures taken between 1998 and 2000. Exclusive news today: Herr Morbid entered the german Dark Metal legends BETHLEHEM as the new guitar player!! This is the announcement, directly from the Official Bethlehem MySpace: "We proudly present our new guitarist known as "Herr Morbid" of Forgotten Tomb. Bartsch and Morbid soon will start writing a new Bethlehem longplayer for 2008 which more will follow the dark path again, containing some more sick and disturbing ideas like once done on the 90s albums. All other informations who else will play on this record are given to a later date and arent relevant yet. First we have to collect some song ideas, so please dont bother bout possible vocal rumours or other useless things spred around in the underground at the moment. Thank you." Be prepared!!! §
After the successful gigs in Finland, the band is ready to hit the road again. October the 13th will see the 4 bastards invading Spain for the first time, headlining the second day of the "Satan Lives Fest II" (see flyer on the right). Spanish fanatics, don't miss this gig!! New album of the band will be tentatively titled "Under Saturn Retrograde", and it will include something like 7 or 8 songs. As recently reported by Herr Morbid, 5 songs have been already written, and the general sound of the album has been defined "Extremely obscure and uncompromising. The people who talked shit about us because of 'Negative Megalomania' will have to eat their shit back, 100% guaranteed." . The album should be recorded in Spring 2008, and released in Summer/Autumn 2008, most probably still on Avantgarde Music. §

There has been some confusion about the upcoming Belgium-gigs. For some still unknown reason, someone believed that FT was going to play in a Belgium city called Oostrozebeke, together with the bands Esoteric and Serpent Cult, on November the 3rd 2007. This news was spread on some forums and such, but it's completely untrue. Being myself the organizer of all the upcoming FT Tour, I can easily say that I never discussed a gig in that place with anyone, so I can't understand why people was going around saying that. Plus, on November 3rd the band is already booked to play Ellrich, Germany. So, to clear up the whole thing once and for all: 1- The band will play in Belgium ONLY for 1 gig on November 17th, at JH Kadee in Bornem, as headliners. This gig is already confirmed. 2- The band was NEVER meant to play with Esoteric and Serpent Cult in Oostrozebeke, Belgium, on November 3rd, so every rumour has to be considered totally unreliable. 3- For those interested in seeing FT and Esoteric playing on the same bill, a concert including both the bands is already confirmed for November 2nd in Arnhem, Holland, at The Goudvishal. This LP will include a different version of "The Scapegoat" and slightly different graphix on the inside-sheet. Collectors have been warned... § The release-date for the long-awaited "Obscura Arcana Mortis: The Demo Years" CD is finally set for September, on Eerie Art Records. The album will include all the remastered "Obscura Arcana Mortis" Demo/MCD, and 2 exclusive and lenghty Live bonus-tracks recorded in The Netherlands in the end of 2004, "Entombed By Winter (Ultra-Doom Version)" and "Subway Apathy", as well as an 8-page booklet with lots of pictures, history, etc. - Limited to 1000 hand-numbered copies! Don't miss this precious piece of FT history! § Songwriting for the new FT album continues. So far 4 songs have been written. The album will probably include 7 or 8 songs. The band is planning to enter the studio during the first half of 2008 (between March and June). A studio for the recording-sessions has not been set yet, though leader Herr Morbid stated that multiple studios could be hired this time, both for final mix and mastering. §

As predictable, also the other news spread some time ago are not to be considered reliable, since there are constant changes and evolutions in the songwriting every week. All we can say is that the fans won't be disappointed!! The official title of the new album will be announced this Autumn. §
